Free 20-minute call

Find out what your business should automate first — in 20 minutes, free.

You do not need a strategy document. You need to know which two or three jobs in your day are costing you the most money, and what it would take to hand them off. On a free 20-minute call I look at how your business actually runs — the phone, the quoting, the booking, the paperwork — and I tell you plainly which parts can be automated, what it would cost, and which ones are not worth doing.

If it is worth doing properly, I write it up as a two-page audit for CA$500 to CA$1,500. That fee comes straight off the price of any build you start with me within 30 days. If it is not worth doing, I will tell you that too and you owe nothing.

What you get

  1. A 20-minute call where I ask how the work actually arrives — the phone, the forms, the emails, the texts — and what happens to it next.
  2. A two-page written audit naming the three automations worth doing first, in the order I would do them.
  3. What each one costs, how long it takes, and what it takes off your plate every week.
  4. A demonstration on your own material — bring three documents, a week of quote requests, or your last ten voicemails, and I will show it working on them.
  5. A straight answer on what not to automate, so you are not sold something you do not need.

Book the call.

Five fields. You will hear back from me the same business day, usually within a couple of hours, with two or three times to choose from. If you would rather just send a message, use the contact form on the home page.

No charge, no obligation, and no sales pitch. If nothing is worth automating, I will say so and you owe nothing.

  • Nothing you give me is used to train a model. Ever.
  • I will sign your non-disclosure agreement before you show me anything confidential.
  • You can revoke my access the day we are done, and hand the work to any other developer.
